What you see is what you get. No problems with install.
No problems working with the Vista OS. Transfer speed is not bad. Price is right.

I bought this product over a year ago and it does the job.
A great product for the price and it seems to work as good as more expensive one's.
BUT, beware when you tighten the tiny screws which hold the ends on the case as overtightening will strip the thread of the case and you have to use sticky tape.......I speak from experience.........!
Worth the money! The only down side is that P & P is 6.99. Very steep.......!

Setup was simple. Just a couple screws (some you can turn with your fingers) and couple cables. Had no problem using it on my PC. Just plugged it in and it worked! I wish all PC accessories worked like that.
Also, the case just looks cool!
Since it is aluminum it stays pretty cool, but since it is fanless I wouldn't recommend it for heavy duty use.
