Excellent for keen beginners July 21, 2008

This one's an oldie now but a classic. An excellent yoga introduction for the reasonably fit - easy enough for beignners but challenging enough pace for continued use. A full programme of sun salutations, including warrior pose, and the excellent triangle series are really effective for toning, strengthening and deep stretching. If you are a beginner who tends to improve quickly, this could be the one for you. Jennifer has a great demeanour and knows her stuff well - a pleasure to watch.
