fantastic January 15, 2008 malatitch (london) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
not difficult to follow, presenter tells you what is coming next - great workout with tough toning and cool down section at the end. brilliant.
doesnt feel like a workout !!! January 10, 2008 morgs (wolves, england) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
as a previously trained dancer I found this work out fab i have been really inactive for the past 6 years since meeting my boyfriend and due to which have gained weight so therefore wanted to tone back up and regain my previous fitness levels i managed the dvd all the way through struggling a little on the burn it up section but all in all dances were well explained and because of the music i didnt feel like i was working out , have also ordered he latest m.o.s dvd so cant wait for it to arrive ! bring on that six pack !!
Fairly complicated to follow January 4, 2008 A. Jones (UK) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
I got this DVD yesterday and completed the Warm It Up and Tone It Up sections twice. These were fairly easy to complete which was good because apart from an hours walk every day I am fairly inactive. I woke up this morning and felt the difference in my thighs! I also watched through the Dance It Up section and found that the presenter does not explain the moves well enough. They also do not go over the moves. A lot of the moves also look very complicated. I will write another review after several weeks of using this DVD.
Nice and challenging August 24, 2007 Anon 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
I really like this DVD. The steps are the usual steps that are done in aerobics classes however the whole thing is put together very well indeed, keeping you interested and challenged. I have to agree that the instructions are not wonderful - the presenter doesn't tell you what to do for every single move - but if you practice you will get there. It wouldn't be a good DVD in my eyes if you "got it" straight away. By the end I am always sweating and feel properly exercised. The tone down is really good and the abs and bottom section are good too. Keeps your brain going too.
Amazing fitness video April 28, 2007 Ms. Dm Black 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
I brought ths fitness video as i have all the other pump it up fitness dvds, i gotta say i loved this workout, the music is great and i love the presenter Fiona Fagan i think she is alot better than the other instructor she has alot more personality which is good while doing a quite intense workout. I would recommend this workout to anyone it is fun and also burns alot of calories at the same time.
