Total Swimming, Harvey S Wiener June 1, 2005 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This book is inspirational reading for anyone who wants to enjoy swimming. It will open up a whole new world to the reader. It isn't a book about how to swim better or faster. Wiener encourages all swimmers to think about the quality of experience in water, to enjoy the sensations of it massaging ans supporting you. He refers throughout to classic literature on swimming. The message is that swimming is for everyone and it is more than just a sport: it can change your life. A must have for any swimmer.
