I've just opened this book for the first time and i'm extremely impressed. It is packed with loads of good information and ideas and beautifully illustrated with drawings and photos. It is layed out in easy reference sections and covers all aspects of swimming from baby's first time to advanced stuff for older kids such as swimming in the sea. I've even re-learnt some swimming technique for myself! I'm sure it will be an enormous help in teaching my kids to swim.

As a teacher of swimming this book is packed with great advice for every parent and swimming teacher alike. Nearly all of the technical information is correct, and the pictures make it really clear.

Easy to read and understand. As a first time mum I wanted to take my daughter to the pool but wasn't sure what to do. This book was excellent in building my confidence to take my baby into water for the first time. Gives parctical advice in what to do and what to take with you. A vey good starting point.
