The best DVD we own November 9, 2008

Having read the reviews for Kipper I bought this DVD for my 18 month old. He loves it so much it prompted me to add my own review. He is captivated by Kipper, the simple and entertaining stories and the characters. He asks for Kipper by name now and even does a dance to the opening music! He giggles out loud at the hamster in Pigs Present. Its lovely to have a DVD that I can put on for 10 minutes and know that Aaron will enjoy every minute. I would recommend this to everyone.

My son is a bit of a train and car fan at 3 and didn't want to watch this at all. but as soon as the lovely theme song came on he was hooked. kipper is such a gentle character and the storylines are simple but so beautifully illustrated that we put this on to calm the littlun down :)
in fact he now prefers this to fireman sam and thomas (thank goodness!)
money well spent.

For 1,5 year now we have this dvd and still isn't boring at all.Not for my 3,5 year old or for us.I love the voices!!What a gift to be able to tell a story with just enough words and drawings.Story's with humor and tenderness.
Very practical because there many short story's so you can decide how long your child can watch.

My daughter started with Kipper aged 2yrs - she's now 3 1/2yrs and it hasn't lost its appeal. A selection of short stories usually around 10minutes ideal for bed-time. Clearly spoken English no slang. No violence, simple, bit educational - the parents like it and the kids as well. Nice and harmless.
