As someone who doesn't want to focus on just toning or just aerobics I found this video perfect! Separated into easily digestible short sections, you get to cover toning on major body parts (ie legs, bums, tums) mixed in with energising aerobics sessions. The fact that it is taken in turns between toning and aerobics this video is very interesting and keeps you motivated. The beautiful scenery and uplifting music makes this an ideal work out to do in the comfort of your own home!

I wasn't mad about Mr. Motivator but was attracted to this video by the fact that it was in 10 minute slots. Now however I am convinced that he really does know what is talking about. The exercises are all demonstrated, limiting the chance of damaging muscles etc. It's also pretty good fun and I can certainly see a difference! I have been putting 4 or 5 of the exercises together and results are starting to happen...

10 minutes isn't long enough to do a workout as anyone would tell you, but if you're looking for a quick fitness blast to wake you up in the morning or slot easily into your day this might be useful. You can also do a few of the workouts together but as there is a brief warm up and cool down on each one it's not very effective use of time. The only workout I do regularly is the one for bums.
