poor value for money December 30, 2007 The Professor (Fife Scotland) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I bought this as a Christmas present for my parents. Firstly I tried to add scanned photographs but the software doesn't work with a Macintosh computer. Then I tried to add pictures directly from my camera card - but it isn't compatible with an SD Picture Card, so you have to download via a PC. This is not a cheap digital photo frame so one would expect better connectivity options.
Nice product when it works December 1, 2007 Edward Deming (U.K) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
After four attempts manage to get one that did what it said on the box. Each time there was a different problem. The last one is fine if you ignore the fact that every couple of days it has to be restarted. The pictures look great in fact perfect and if you use the camera memory stick it is very easy to set up. Tried several times using the Pc to down load pictures and none worked well and therefore would not recommend it. You may ask why we persisted with this product well it was a gift.
Philips delivers five stars May 14, 2007 P. LEETE 17 out of 17 found this review helpful
This is excellent, I bought myself an inferior model, brand unknown for less money but with more gadgets (remote) a complete waste of money. I bought this for my friend and the quality is just fantastic its as clear and sharp as when you view the picture on your own computer the pixels are all there. If you want a good digital frame do not compromise with cheaper models.
