I bought this as a way of eliminating some of the cabling that the original headphones are burdened with. This is the second one unfortunately as the first decided it didn't want to show the current track or skip forwards and backwards. All is well with this replacement and I am very impressed with the whole experience. One minor niggle is that the radio functions for the Sony Ericsson W890i are only available with the cabling supplied with the phone. Slightly disappointing as it is a Sony Ericsson product that was shown on their website as a compatible accessory.
Back to the bluetooth headset, it is light, incredibly easy to pair with a compatible device (tried a PS3 too) and the sounds are lovely and rich as the earbuds are of good quality.
If the inline microphone had some wind noise cancelling function I would have given this a five.

In the past, I had used various types of earphones and headphones on PDA phones, and was looking for a good sound for music for my new phone (HTC TYTN). Have to say, delighted with this set-up.
The unit (blue-tooth receiver) hangs from a neck-strap (which cgoes around the back of your neck) to hang down your front. Wires then run from the unit, join up to the neckstrap, into the earplugs. The plugs are `sit in your ear' devices, which is the type I prefer as they generally have better sound, and less outbound noise to disturb other people. The unit comes with one set of earplug cushions already fitted, and three spares (in various sizes).
Pairing with my blue-tooth phone was faultless - turn blue-tooth on the phone on, press the power button on the headphone set, and they sync up. The instructions for this have all options covered.
The main unit is fairly light (you do know its there, but its not too heavy at all), with a nice silver glass-like finish. Under the silver, is an LCD display showing the status (volume, pair, on, call, etc). Buttons on the device allow you to start playing, pause, change volume, stop, advance, rewind, last track, next track, and a menu button for other features.
Other features include listing music tracks from your device/phone to select from (works very well), changing the sound quality, start a phone call, list contacts to call and a host of other features.
When a call comes in, there is a separate button on an in-line phone mic which sits on the right hand ear cable, around mouth height. Press this button if a call comes in, and start talking - the music stops. Press again to end the call, and the music comes back in. If you want to make a call, you can use the contact list options from your phone directly, list the contacts from your phone on the earphone controller (don't even need to take your phone out of your pocket) or press and hold the mic button to say the name (if voice control is programmed into your phone). All works like a dream.
Sound is very good. I wanted to replace the standard headphones that came with my HTC TYTN phone as the sound was very tinny. The sound from music is spot on - with just the right amount of bass and treble out of the box (but you can change this if you need). As for phone calls, everybody I have called said I sounded clear, and I could hear everybody perfectly (the people on the other end come out to you in both ears).
Blue-tooth range is good - I put the phone at one end of my house, and walked to the other (about 30 foot or so) and still got good reception. All in all, very pleased with the purchase. Very recommended.

first of all i'd like to say what a sexy & sleek looking headset these are with the subtle oled display & the lovely charcoal finish they are designed beautifully,after a long time deciding which bluetooth headset to invest in,i finally went for these & glad i did,i wasn't expecting great things after using the wired type hpm-90 headset but sound quality is on par with them,i didn't need to adjust the equalizer settings as the sound quality is spot on,setting them up was a doddle,paired up with my w880i very easily,just press play on the bluetooth unit & away you go,the oled display reaveals track title,battery status or time,tracks can be skipped backwards & forwards but can't be searched through but not essential,phonebook can also be accessed so no need to use the phone itself to make or receive calls it's all done from the bluetooth device which will also reveal caller id,5 or 6 hours music listening from fully charged is plenty for me personally,overall a stunning performer & highly recommended.
