Excellent Memorystick October 6, 2008 Science Man (Birmingham UK) I bought this memory stick over a year ago and so far I have had very good results. The stability of the stick storage area is excellent and the speed of data transfer 'to & from' is also excellent! Definitely worth the money. If I need a larger capacity one in future, I will stick to the same brand.
Good value for money July 23, 2008 C. Phillipps (Surrey, England) This memory stick is good value for money, durable and fantastic as far as I can tell. I've had mine for over a year and never had any problems. I wanted a memory stick for storing power point files which it does admirably, and I can even run my presentations straight from the drive. All in all a very good purchase.
Flimsy case June 1, 2008 P. Little (Hampshire UK) I bought this about 6 months ago as it's pretty cheap - but unfortunately you get what you pay for - the plastic case is not sturdy at all and very easily broken, the plastic sides have come apart on numerous occasions (and I've been looking after it)!! So I'm now in the unfortunate position of losing a couple of days work + important records thanks to this thing breaking on me...
2GB bytestor USB stick March 16, 2008 A. Langdale (UK) 3 out of 4 found this review helpful
I have two Bytestor USB sticks now and I would thoroughly recommend them. I can't seem to fill my 2GB one and they are indcredably durable. Mine had been left in the back of a laptop, someone moved the laptop in a rather heavy handed fashion from what I can tell not realising my USB was plugged in. I came back to find the casing of my USB had come apart showing all the workings inside and the end was bent. To my relief the casing clipped back on, the end back and all my data was still there. I am still using this USB now and it looks as good as new, no one would ever guess the sorry state it had been in.
Don't go using this for anything important! March 13, 2008 Drowning Witch (Glasgow. UK.) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Bought two of these a while back. Stuck a load of photos onto one, hardly used it since, never left my desk drawer. Today, dead. Nothing. Zip. I have done various checks, and it's definitely kaput! Plugged into the machine maybe half-a-dozen times in three months, and now I've lost about 600 pics. Luckily 90% of them were also on a CD, but I've lost a few for good. The other one (still it its packaging) has gone in the bin! Not impressed!
