Just don't work November 1, 2008 CJ (Edinburgh) I've used over ear headphones successfully in the past but with previous designs the speaker sat over the ear supported in place by the over-ear bit. This previous design worked well. The approach used here with a standard in ear phone plus an overear for stability just doesn't work. Its a bit better than a standard earbud but they still fall out with vigorous exercise. Also the build quality isn't great. The cable is ever so slightly too heavy and movement and pressure on the earphone plastic creates extra noise. Probably fine for everyday use but for exercise Sennheiser PMX70 is much better.
Exclusively for the big ears... September 15, 2008 L. Xiong 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Fortunately, I've got big ears so this headphones fits me quite well. And its sound quality is great. So I have to say this is a great headphones. But I really concern about the people has smaller ears. I can imagine the huge earhook drop down every 10 secs from a smaller ear. Anyway, for big ears, this headphones is absolutely fantastic.
Brilliant when new but a year down the line not so good September 8, 2008 S. M. Jimenez (UK) Bought this a year ago and loved them! Really good fit , excellent sound but a year later the left ear plug seems to pop out when I am at the gym or running. But to be fair I am pretty rough with them so maybe I should get a new pair!
Great buy, don't move July 17, 2008 C. J. O'bryan (UK) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
These earhook headphones are great for the gym and running and are reasonbly priced. I put these headphones in when i go into the gym and do not touch them again until i'm leaving - when i take them out. They stay put and never feel like they might fall out and are comfortable too. On top of all that the sound quality is also very good.
Fine June 13, 2008 boy wonder (Windsor, Bucks) I bought these to replace the awful ones you get with an iPod. They are great, fit quite well and have good sound quality. My only thought now is that I should have bought noise canceling ones as sometimes they are drowned out by the gyms sound system. The only down side is that the ear bit can get very tangled with the wire and the hard parts of the white plastic get dirty. For the price a total bargain...
