Bought 2 and they still don't work!! -_- May 25, 2008 J. Leonard (uk) I bought my first trust graphics tablet (TB2100)from the super market I go to and after 1 week of using it , the connection between the pen and tablet kept disappearing so I contacted the trust technical support and recieved several emails to confirm the problem. In the end I took it back and got a new one which I've only just used and is also not working. The program I use the graphics tablet for is manga studio and I must say that now I'm going to have to buy another tablet costing me more money!! I even tried using the driver on the disk and one online for windows xp , and only just found out from previous reviews about this product that it only works with adobe programs . So I suggest that before you by something make sure you look up what other people think about it.
Don't buy this product November 21, 2007 A Shopper (Reading, UK) Trust only support Adobe CS & CS2 running on Windows. If you are using anything else you are on your own if things go wrong. I use Coreldraw X3 and the tablet causes the software to crash and lock. You will loose your work frequently. The drivers for this product are unstable and therefore the product is useless to me. I have contacted the Trust support and they have not provided a solution to the problem. Because of this, I would avoid all the TRUST tablets.
Darn It!! October 2, 2007 Pageheaven (Wiltshire, United Kingdom) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Awwwww, my pen broke!! The build quality sucks, the manual is even cheap!! Batteries run out very quick, and the battery load proceedure is inadequate. In summary, a very very BORING product!!
Cheaper in Tesco! August 5, 2007 penedawn (London UK) 0 out of 7 found this review helpful
Sorry folks but these are in Tesco at 22. I can't say anything about how it works yet as haven't used it.
Cheap and Useless March 27, 2007 Finknottle (Hitchin) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I bought one of these from Tesco about a year ago. Very unimpressed. The pen requires a battery inserted in it for the thing to work - the batteries run out quite quickly, which is annoying. It also makes the pen itself really heavy to hold and not so easy to use. My previous tablet(Wacom - which only had to be replaced due to an accident with some super glue) worked perfectly without the need for a battery in the pen, so why this one needs it I don't know. The thing itself works fine sometimes, but at other times the mouse pointer just leaps around of its own accord. Sometimes this is a sign that the battery is going in the pen, other times, it just does it for no reason. This makes it very unreliable as mouse replacement and completely useless for graphics work. Within 9 months of purchase the whole thing had just packed up completely - it might have been a problem with the drivers as other people seem to have had, or it might have been hardware failure - either way, the set was so crappy it wasn't worth investigating further, I just put the whole lot in the bin where it belonged.
