Pretty heavy but it must be heavy and solid- otherwise it would get broken very quick. I find this machine very useful. I am a lazy type but I felt that my body needed some activity . This stepper provides me this without me getting too much tired or fed up. I like it more than any other kind of activity.

After using the LTT for a while, i wasn't sure if this would be any good. I went for this as it had no chain, which was the main fault on my old LTT, as the chain came loose and eventually broke.
The tubular resistance is brilliant, whisper quiet and very smooth. I find this to be much better workout, i can feel the burn very quickly, (which is probably a sign of how unfit i really am). But in all i am very pleased with this and would highly recommend to all.
Very quick delivery from Amazon, it took about 2 working days to arrive.

Have been using this on a regular basis for the past month. Really handy, also not too heavy so I can carry it around the house and exercise in front of the TV easily, and it stores neatly under the bed. Only problem (as others have mentioned) is that it tends to squeak, which can be rather distracting whilst exercising, so have had to purchase oil for it. The counter and timer are brilliant to keep track of progress, definitely good value for money. As for the exercising benefits - I've noticed a definite improvement in firmness around my thighs, but like any other exercise regime this is teamed with healthy eating etc.

I received this stepper today, speedy delivery which i was very pleased about. I don't agree about it being light as i found it heavy so will be leaving it in the lounge. The stepper itself is wonderful, very sturdy and easy to set up. Found adjusting the height easy to do, plus the computer is very simple to use. If you have not excerised in a while i suggest you take it easy. But even doing 10 minutes feels like a good workout.
All in all a great piece of kit and well worth buying

Note that the image displayed on the Amazon listing (at the time of writing) is different to the Stepper currently shipping - the image displayed shows square-section feet on the unit but it now comes with round tubular feet. I'm not complaining! The unit i received seems sturdier and stronger than the one pictured.
There are no chains to break, unlike some other units, and the resistance is created by two hydraulic chambers under the footpads. You cannot adjust resistance but you can adjust the 'travel' of the footpads - short travel would give you a faster, more aerobic workout presumably?
Seems like a decent unit for the price.
