| Customer Reviews:
A fairly entertaining product with one major flaw! January 7, 2009 crispayne@aol.com (UK) Bought this for my six year old daughter for Christmas and installed it per instructions. However, when you come to take a picture with the built in camera, it doesn't save or display the photo! I spent most of December 27th firstly trying to find the technical support information website for this product and then trying to find any support info whatsoever! All I found was a "community" forum [] which was already filling up with comments from people (in the UK and US) about the same problem. GirlTech obviously don't watch the forum because (as of 7th January) there are still no real answers. However, the rest of the product works fine providing you use pre-taken photos which will placate my daughter for a while. But it's not the point - the whole product should work properly, doesn't, and tech support is non-existent.
