| Editorial Reviews:
Product Description 15cm/6" TPE Home4physio Foam Rollers are used in physiotherapy, pilates, yoga, fitness and rehabilitation. This excellent Home4physio Pro Foam Rollers are similar to the standard foam rollers, however it contains a slightly harder inner center that ensures added durability, but with a slightly softer outer for comfort. The added benefit of having a harder center means that the rollers are more durable and will not flatten or distort under extensive usage, whilst the softer outer is more comfortable ensuring maximum exercise effectiveness. Ideal for stretching, the Home4physio Pro Foam Roller (stability roller) can help improve stability and flexibility and is great for promoting stabilisation, core strength and balance training.

Too smooth and slippery August 7, 2008 Runner (Hertfordshire) 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
This roller has a very smooth surface which slips across all my floors and carpets. I have been unable to use it. Maybe it would work better on a mat but with the cost of the mat on top, I might as well have bought the Reebok roller which has peached fabric on the outside that does not slip and I know it won't lose it's shape. False economy
A brilliant piece of kit March 14, 2008 Annie (London United Kingdom) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
A foam roller seems an odd bit of kit to have, but it'll probably be the thing you use most in your home gym. It's absolutely brilliant to stretch out your shoulders/back (you lie on it, either with the roller, vertically or horizontally). This is invaluable if you spend a lot of time on your computer (ie shoulders hunched in) or cycling (ditto). You can also use it to 'roll out' sore muscles, by lying on it and rolling the muscle back and forth (absolutely brilliant for lower backs). It's probably best if you get someone to show you how it's done first, but then it's the sort of thing you can leave in your office/living room, and stretch out on it every day.
