Gimme Coffee - now! April 13, 2008 D. Davies (England) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
The mug is really well made and it feels high quality and nice to hold. The handle smells a little rubbery at first, but the smell soon fades. Please note that this is a mug and not a flask. It is not designed to be water-tight, coffee-tight or any other type of -tight. As with any mug, if you put it on its side when there's liquid in it, it will spill that liquid. The Sigg Mug does have a top/lid which has a little sliding cover on it but this is purely for keeping as much heat in the mug as possible, it's not a water-tight seal. As for doing its job, it does that very well and half a litre of coffee stays hot for quite a while. Worth the money.
Great bit of kit. March 26, 2008 Sl Blight (in the toilet) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Top notch bit of kit. Sigg gear is always good quality and this is no exception. Looks good and keeps your brew hot for hours.
As always, superb craftmanship from SIGG February 18, 2008 B. Fell (Uk) 6 out of 6 found this review helpful
Don't be put off by the negative review; this mug is far from worthless. If you just want something to keep you tea hot while in the office this is perfect. It's also incredibly well made as you expect with SIGG flasks and mugs. Yes it will no doubt leak if you attempt the old rollercoaster tea party shenanigans, but for normal folk who like to keep tea warm it's the best mug of evAr.
too expensive for what it is October 29, 2007 Kirsten Hoeijmakers (Luxembourg) 5 out of 12 found this review helpful
I got mine today and tried it out: you have to keep it upright because it leaks a lot. After turning it over for 5 secs it was half-empty. So actually, it's worthless.
