Product Description Unique and stylish, the X-Mini speaker comes in the form of a capsule that extends to include a loudspeaker. You can hook up any audio source to this speaker and enjoy the music on your appliance, without needing to use a headset. Equipped with a built-in battery and a retractable cable, it?s powered up via its USB port and thus, doesn?t affect your player?s battery life. Finally, the X-Mini is so lightweight (weighs in at only 50 g) that you can take it with you, without even noticing that it?s there!

Magic Yo-Yo! September 1, 2008 I. Price (East Midlands, UK) A work colleague of mine bought one of these over from Asia, I was so impressed I bought one. A great bit of kit, looks like a yo-yo (unlocks and pops open when in use), sounds great, worthy of a larger more expensive speaker unit! One minor nag, the internal battery needs to be charged (via USB connector) before use, you can't (or I can't with my laptop) use the USB connection to charge while using the line in on your laptop. Also works well with my iPod (plugs into the headphone socket). Well worth the money.
big sound from a little thing. August 15, 2008 Mr. C. J. King 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
Wow ! this totally rules. Rules I tells you. Less than 9 and everyone in the office could sing along to 'Simon Smith and his amazing dancing bear' by Neillson and that was on the low setting and it's a big office. It would be pointless not to buy this thing it is so rulish, even if you didn't have an iPod.
An excellent product July 24, 2008 Jim Wormold (Bristol, UK) Ordered one of these on Monday at 2200, arrived on Wednesday - great service. It's a beautifully designed bit of kit; as one of the reviewers has mentioned, it is a lot smaller that it looks. I noticed that there was a little charge in the battery when it arrived so plugged in my walkman and was pleasantly surprised by the sound quality. However, once it was fully charged, I was blown away by the quality - absolutely amazing that something so small can generate such a well rounded sound. If you're looking for portable speakers for your mp3 player, you really and truly won't find any better than this.
Far better than I expected. July 1, 2008 D. JONES (Wales) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I bought this item after seeing something in FHM magazine. I've been looking for speakers for my notebook and mp3 player for a bit. I read reviews and all was good, plus I like the look of it and a great price. I ordered it midday on Sunday and it came on the Tuesday, so fantastic delivery. On first impressions it really does look goog, and it is really small. Much smaller than i imagined. I thought it would be a similar size to an apple, may be a touch smaller. It turns out that it's a lot smaller again. I would say a bit smaller than a plum. It's tiny! The sound is unbelievable. For the size you would expect anything from a rubbish sound to an ok sound, but it's incredible. Connects like normal headphone would (so suitable for most music players) and charges on the USB. Comes with a couple of extras, like the USB and line in cable. Also a strong bag, it will protect the speaker well and won't tear. Overall is a brilliant product and you highly recommended.
Unbelievable sound April 15, 2008 DGT (London) 4 out of 5 found this review helpful
For something so small, the sound is fantastic. Over the years, I have had many travel speakers, and these are up there with the best in terms of sound. For size, there is no comparison. I have never seen a speaker so small with such good sound, including respectable bass. There are USB and 3.5mm phono connectors on a Ziplinq-type cable.
