I bought the aluminion case to protect my palm one but found it impossible to open and close easily, I stopped using it before I caused damaged my PDA with the very thing that was supposed to protect it

Ordered this with the Tungsten T5 as a hard case vital for protection, technology gets a rough ride. However this one is terrible - once it is closed it is practically impossible to open again. It has to be prised apart with fingernails. The case also compresses the stylus insert making it very hard to withdraw. A hard case (although expensive) is a very good idea but I'd say stay clear of this one.
