After buying these torches in good faith, I can now see that the product description "Expert Quality" is intentionally misleading, although in retrospect I understand that in "legalese" they must have chosen this lawyer doublespeak of a vague description to protect the seller from lawsuits for otherwise breaching the Trade Descriptions act 1968. So, in Draper's World where the "Experts" are defined as chimps in your local zoo at playtime, I might add that the torches are of such incredibly poor quality that the soft rubber buttons actually emit a foul odour akin to strong smelling oakum that remains on your fingers after use. I don't mind the smell of tarred rope in places such as aboard HMS Victory, but on a torch that transfers it to your hands is probably unsafe and unhygienic. And by the way, I almost forgot to mention that the LED's were installed crooked in the AA torch, resulting in a dim blurred unfocused hint of an almost non-existent light. You may as well buy a box of matches and burn your money; at least it'll be brighter.

The big torch is fine, bright, light on battery use, easy to carry around and although I say big it is just a bit bigger than the pocket torch. The smaller torch has a dodgy switch so wouldn't always work, although pocket sized.Better just to have the AA powered one on its owm
