This is designed for Users who feel they need extra support but do not require a visit of an onsite engineer. It maybe just small problem that needs sorting, but is not urgent enough to require an onsite engineer and therefore saving you time and money.

Simply go to the Helpdesk login and register your own unique Username and Password and login to access the Helpdesk area.

But please remember reply to the email conformation providing your full contact details, failing to do so will lead to your account being erased.

PCPROTECH Helpdesk Rates.

Simply create a new Support Ticket and submit the Ticket to the Support team.
Select your Category and Subject.
There can only be one Subject raised per Ticket.
Each Ticket Raised will be charge at �25per Ticket.
A member of staff will close Tickets on completion and then you will receive an invoice for that Ticket.
Some Categories are free which will be clearly indicated. (free).
You can also submit attachments.
Simple to use and you will always have your own unique private area.
