Remote Access Services
£45 per hour - (minimum 1 hour). Then £22.50 per half hour thereafter.
Cutting down the cost of an onsite visit. However failing to repair the fault remotely there would be no charge for the service and then requiring an onsite repair visit with normal hourly rates.

£25 - Collect & Return, Inspection & Estimate (minimum fee)
£85 - Minor Hardware Repair (Excluding Parts)
Estimates will be provided if parts are needed.
Turnaround time of 7-10 working days, depending on parts availability.
**Laptop hardware repairs are carried out via a third party company.
